Refund Policy
We want the purchase to feel right.
The right place to request a refund depends on where you purchased Screen Folders. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Effective September 10, 2026
Request help through Paddle, the merchant of record.
Request a refund from Apple using your Apple purchase history.
Contact support first so we can try to resolve the problem.
1. Direct purchases
Direct purchases are processed through Paddle. Paddle's current buyer policy generally treats transactions as non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless applicable law, a product defect, or a discretionary refund applies. Paddle may review discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of the transaction date.
To request a refund, use the refund link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support and choose “Request refund.” Include the email address used at checkout and your transaction details. Paddle will assess the request and process an approved refund to the original payment method where possible.
2. App Store purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and controls App Store refunds. Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or the purchase history associated with your Apple Account. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
3. Technical or product problems
If Screen Folders has a persistent problem that prevents you from accessing the features described on the website, contact support@delitx.dev before opening a payment dispute. Tell us your macOS version, Mac model, Screen Folders version, and what happened. Do not send private files, passwords, or sensitive file names.
4. When a refund is approved
When a refund is issued, the associated lifetime access may be removed. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. A refund does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Fraud and chargebacks
We ask you to contact the relevant payment provider before starting a chargeback so the issue can be resolved quickly. A payment dispute may temporarily suspend access while the provider investigates. Nothing here limits lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
6. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when our payment channels or legal obligations change. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction, subject to mandatory law. For help, visit the support page.
